His practice spans domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity and co-investment, continuation vehicle secondary transactions, and general corporate representation. He also works extensively with early-stage technology and life sciences companies, guiding them through fundraises, strategic investments, and operational milestones.
Prior to joining Latham, Cusaj was an associate at another global law firm in its private equity group.
