Connor Wheeler is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Connor represents clients from numerous industries in high-stakes IP litigation matters, especially including patent and trade secret matters. Connor has experience at all stages of litigation before federal district and appellate courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Connor previously served as a law clerk to Judge Jimmie V. Reyna on the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Connor maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum, and providing low-income estate planning services.
Connor graduated from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he served as an editor for The Washington University Law Review and participated in an entrepreneurship and IP law clinic. Connor received his BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri and previously worked as a defense contractor for the Departments of Energy and Defense.
