Cody Westphal

Cody Westphal is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. 

Cody graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the Harvard Business Law Review. Additionally, he graduated summa cum laude from Texas Christian University, where he was twice elected student body president.

Before joining Latham, Cody was an associate at another leading law firm in New York and worked in-house at a major media company. Prior to law school, Cody was a consultant.
