Claudia Dubay is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Practice.
Claudia represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and investment banks in a variety of equity and debt financing transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings.
Claudia received her JD from William & Mary Law School, where she graduated first in her class. While in law school, she served as lead articles editor for the William & Mary Law Review and as vice president for the Transactional Law Team.
Prior to joining Latham, Claudia served as an intern for the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement and for Judge David J. Novak of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
