Clarissa Goh is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s global Investment Funds Group.

Clarissa has experience advising on the structuring and formation of private funds across different strategies. She has also acted for institutional investors in their investments in private equity and venture capital funds, as well as portfolio companies at various growth stages.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Clarissa spent a few years in Singapore working in a global law firm regularly advising institutions and large corporate clients in both sponsor-side and investor-side work. She also frequently advised on regulatory matters in connection with the formation of private funds offered in various jurisdictions.
