Claire Stobb is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Claire represents clients in a range of litigation matters, including securities, bankruptcy, antitrust, and copyright.
Claire also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing incarcerated clients and individuals seeking parole.
While in law school, Claire co-authored an article in the Northwestern Law Review on access to justice for litigants without lawyers. She also volunteered on capital assistance matters and interned at the American Civil Liberties Union Human Rights Program.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Claire was a summer associate in the New York Office.
