Claire-Emeline advises clients on intellectual property, EU technology regulation, data protection, and cybersecurity, including in connection with corporate and commercial transactions and commercial contracts.
Prior to joining Latham, Claire-Emeline practiced in the IP/IT department of a French law firm. She also worked as a legal operations specialist at a leading technology company in Ireland.
