Chuanyi Qi represents clients in antitrust and complex commercial litigation matters. Chuanyi’s antitrust litigation experience includes monopolization, information sharing, price-fixing, and mergers challenged by antitrust enforcement agencies. Chuanyi’s complex commercial litigation experience includes securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigations, and other complex, high-exposure litigation. Chuanyi advises public and private companies and their officers and directors in all aspects of litigation, including major motion practice, fact and expert discovery, and trial. These companies span numerous industries, including sports and entertainment, biotechnology, REIT, and financial institutions.

Chuanyi also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on a wide range of immigration matters and serves as a liaison with a non-profit organization in New York City.

Before joining Latham, Chuanyi externed at the California Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She was an editor for Berkeley Journal of International Law and Berkeley Business Law Journal and served on the board of First Generations Professionals and International Law Society affinity groups while in law school.
