Acquisition Finance

  • SATS Ltd. on the €2.25 billion financing to acquire Worldwide Flight Services, the world’s largest air cargo handling firm
  • TPG on a term-loan facility in connection with acquiring Gribbles Pathology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Quest Laboratories Vietnam Co., Ltd., and certain assets of Quest Laboratories Pte Ltd, providers of diagnostic laboratory services
  • A consortium comprising TPG Capital, Sumitomo Life Insurance Company, and others on a senior facility and a bridge-to-bond financing for a transaction to combine SingLife with global insurance company Aviva plc’s Singapore life insurance business, Aviva Ltd
  • Several subsidiaries of the PAH Group, a TPG healthcare services portfolio group, on their term-loan facility jointly arranged by CIMB Bank Berhad and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad

  • Ola, India’s largest mobility platform and one of the world’s largest ride-hailing companies, in an US$500 million term loan B debt financing from marquee international institutional investors
  • MyRepublic Group, a telecommunications provider in Asia-Pacific, on refinancing its SG$74.2 million term loan
  • MyRepublic Holdings Ltd in the S$105 million term-loan facility incurred for refinancing purposes 
  • StorHub Singapore Investment Pte. Ltd., a portfolio of self-storage real estate companies in Singapore, and certain of its subsidiaries, on a term to (i) refinance in full its existing financial indebtedness and (ii) finance/reimburse the acquisition of certain properties in Singapore to add to the group’s existing property portfolio
