Latham Promotes 70 Associates to Counsel
Global group reflects diverse practice strengths and legal skills.
Christina Myrold represents technology companies in high-stakes intellectual property disputes, including trade secret, copyright, and patent matters.
Christina has extensive experience litigating competitor suits and matters involving theft and infringement by foreign entities. She has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including:
- Semiconductor manufacturing equipment and software
- Artificial intelligence
- Enterprise and cloud-based software
- Other advanced technologies
Christina also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing indigent criminal defendants. Most notably, she assisted with a habeas petition and appeal that successfully convinced the California Sixth District Court of Appeal to overturn the murder conviction of a man who was wrongfully imprisoned for more than three decades.
Before joining Latham, Christina practiced at another leading law firm.
