Christina Myrold represents technology companies in high-stakes intellectual property disputes, including trade secret, copyright, and patent matters.
Christina has extensive experience litigating competitor suits and matters involving theft and infringement by foreign entities. She has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including semi-conductor manufacturing equipment and software, artificial intelligence, enterprise and cloud-based software, and other advanced technologies.
Christina also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing indigent criminal defendants. Most notably, she assisted with a habeas petition and appeal that successfully convinced the California Sixth District Court of Appeal to overturn the murder conviction of a man who was wrongfully imprisoned for more than three decades.
Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Christina was a litigation associate at another leading law firm. She received her JD, with honors, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2018, where she was a member of the Thurston Society (top 10% of class).
