Christina Morrison is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Restructuring Practice.
Christina advises companies across various industries in out-of-court restructurings and chapter 11 proceedings, including prepackaged chapter 11 cases, debtor-in-possession financings, and bankruptcy litigation matters.
Christina received her JD from Emory University School of Law, where she served as Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal.
Prior to joining Latham, she served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Marvin P. Isgur and Judge Christopher M. Lopez of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas and Judge Karen B. Owens of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
