Chris McAdam is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. McAdam advises REITs, private equity funds, and other real estate investors on matters relating to the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate, including retail, office, hotel, multi-family, and mixed use properties. Mr. McAdam also regularly advises clients on the negotiation of hotel management, and franchise agreements, and related issues.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. McAdam was in-house counsel for international hotel companies as well as an associate at another international law firm.
Mr. McAdam serves on the Board of Directors for the Legal Council for Health Justice in Chicago.
