Chris Cruickshank is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Cruickshank represents private companies and private equity funds in a variety of complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, take-privates, carve-outs, and restructurings.

He advises clients on a variety of transactions within the technology and fintech industries.

Mr. Cruickshank previously clerked for then-Justice Collins J. Seitz, Jr. of the Delaware Supreme Court.

Mr. Cruickshank’s experience includes representing:

    • its sale of Saba Software to Cornerstone OnDemand*
