Chris Caulder is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Caulder represents clients in white collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Caulder maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in asylum matters.

While attending law school, Mr. Caulder was a Legal Writing and Analysis Law Fellow.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Caulder served as a counterintelligence officer in the US Intelligence Community where he performed risk analysis and internal investigations. Before attending law school, Mr. Caulder served in the US Marine Corps as a Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence Specialist where he conducted various intelligence operations throughout Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and East Asia.

Mr. Caulder currently serves in the US Marine Corps Reserve.
