Chloé Lynn Nurik is a litigation associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.

She advises telecommunications and media companies in a variety of litigation and regulatory matters.

Chloé earned her JD from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Levy Scholar and on the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. She also earned her PhD in communication from the Annenberg School for Communication (University of Pennsylvania). Chloé received her bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar and graduated summa cum laude.

Prior to starting at Latham, she clerked for Chief Judge Richman on the Fifth Circuit and Judge Leval on the Second Circuit. She also worked at Latham as a summer associate in the Washington, D.C. office.
