    Profile

    Chloe Francis is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Before joining Latham full-time, Chloe was a summer associate in the New York office.

    While at law school, Chloe was Chair of Yale Law Women+, an editor of the Yale Journal of Law & Technology, and a member of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic. 

    In addition, Chloe has a Master of Law specializing in intellectual property from the University of Cambridge and has several scholarly articles published.
