Michael Lam is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Finance Department.
Michael represents issuers, borrowers, banks, underwriters, placement agents, asset managers, lenders, and other financial institutions in financing, secured lending, and asset securitization transactions. In particular, Michael is involved in a range of transactions including traditional and esoteric asset-backed securities, such as data centers, receivables, and consumer and commercial loans.
At Duke University School of Law, Michael served as a judicial extern at the North Carolina Court of Appeals under the Honorable John M. Tyson.
