- The initial purchasers on the issuance of €400 million Senior Secured Notes and US$425 million Senior Secured Notes of INEOS, a multinational chemicals company
- Aermont Capital in connection with the acquisition financing of Keepmoat, a UK housebuilding company, including its £275 million Senior Secured Notes offering
- Pinewood Studios, a leading UK film and television studio, in connection with its offering of £300 million 3.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2027
- Värde Partners on the €515 million Senior Secured PIK Toggle Notes offering in connection with the financing of the acquisition of WiZink Bank, S.A., a consumer finance provider in Spain and Portugal
- Nordic Capital on the €3 billion (equivalent) notes offering in connection with the combination of Intrum Justitia and Lindorff to create the industry leading provider of credit management services
- Savannah Petroleum plc in respect of its investment in, and acquisition of, the Seven Energy group, including the concurrent consent solicitation and exchange offer of ordinary shares for existing Seven Energy notes and various private placement debt and equity offerings
- VEON Ltd. on various bond financings and liability management transactions
The initial purchasers on the US$500 million Senior Notes offering by Millicom, a telecommunications company operating in Africa and Latin America - Hellman & Friedman on the €1.145 billion (equivalent) notes offering by Securitas Direct Verisure Group, a Sweden-based security services provider
