Chantele represents public and private companies at all stages of growth on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including initial public offerings and other capital-raising transactions, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises public companies on general corporate issues, SEC reporting and compliance, proxy matters, and stock exchange compliance and initiatives.
She advises clients within the technology, healthcare and life sciences, and other high-growth industries.
