Changsheng (Eric) Song

Eric Song regularly advises financial institutions, private equity funds, and a variety of public and private companies on both domestic and international transactional tax matters.

Mr. Song advises clients primarily on the structuring and tax aspects of:

• Partnerships and joint ventures 
• Cross-border restructurings 
• Private equity investments

• Securities offerings and financing transactions

Mr. Song recently rejoined Latham after several years as in-house tax counsel at a publicly traded energy company and as international tax manager at a publicly traded technology company.
