Chanelle Jones is a Litigation & Trial associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Chanelle represents clients in antitrust, complex commercial, and class action litigation in state and federal courts across a wide range of industries, including aviation, healthcare, retail, technology, life sciences, and financial institutions.
Chanelle’s litigation experience includes claims involving monopolization, information-sharing, group boycotts, price-fixing, wage-fixing, tying, and other restraints of trade, spanning the full case lifecycle from the initial filing of a complaint through discovery, dispositive motions, and resolution. She also helps clients navigate government investigations and establish antitrust compliance programs.
Chanelle maintains an active pro bono practice, litigating high-impact civil rights claims and preparing applications for pardons and asylum. She also currently serves as co-lead of the Black Lawyers Group in Washington, DC.
Prior to joining Latham, Chanelle served as a law clerk for Judge Kelley B. Hodge of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before clerking, she was a litigation associate at a national law firm. During law school, she served as both managing editor and diversity editor of Temple Law Review, president of the Black Law Students Association, and was an intern for Judge Theodore A. McKee of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
