Celeste Hamre is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.
Celeste completed her JD, magna cum laude, at Boston University School of Law. In law school, she was a student advocate with BU/MIT’s Startup Law Clinic and an editor of the Journal of Science & Technology.
Prior to law school, Celeste worked in healthcare consulting.

A Latham Securities and M&A Litigation team secured a dismissal with prejudice of a securities fraud class action against client Ardelyx.
Two Latham Securities and M&A Litigation teams notched wins in Delaware Chancery Court: one successfully voided board changes on behalf of minority shareholders in a Section 225 action, and another secured dismissal of all claims for a client group affiliated with private equity firms in a de-SPAC case.
