Cedric Oulai is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Banking Practice. 

Cedric’s experience includes advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition financings.

Cedric’s experience includes advising:

  • The agent and lead arranger on the £14 billion bridge loan, term loan, and revolving facilities for a pharmaceutical company*
  • A private equity firm on a multicurrency revolving facility agreement*
  • The sponsor on a US$300 million multicurrency senior facility agreement
  • The mandated lead arrangers on a revolving credit facility, concurrent with a €350 million senior bond offering
  • A corporate borrower on a €100 million revolving facility agreement
