Cecilia Bain is a litigation associate in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins.
Cecilia advises clients on intellectual property litigation, including clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries.
Cecilia received her JD from UCLA School of Law, where she served as a Writing Advisor for the Legal Research & Writing course. She also served as a Research Assistant, with a focus in prison law and reform.
While in law school, Cecilia represented micro entities pursuing patent applications as part of the UCLA Law Patent Clinic.
She holds a BA in Legal Studies and Molecular and Cell Biology, with a specialty in Genetics, Genomics, and Development, from UC Berkeley.
