Casper Howells is an Associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Casper represents clients in complex structured finance transactions. He advises banks, issuers, underwriters, investors, borrowers, lenders, funds, and other financial institutions on a variety of structured asset-based financing transactions, with a focus on securitization and other asset-based financing of non-traditional (or “esoteric”) assets. 

He works closely with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and originators to structure and negotiate warehouse facilities, term ABS issuances, and whole loan sales.
