Associate
Carol Bale is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Bale advises public and private companies as well as financial institutions in a range of complex transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, and capital markets offerings.
Ms. Bale also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing veterans and indigent clients.
While attending law school at Georgetown University Law Center, Ms. Bale worked as an intern for the US Department of Transportation, Office of Inspector General, and the US Department of Energy Office of the Assistant General Counsel for International and National Security Programs.
