Carl Zhang is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.
Carl represents sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, credit funds, and other financial institutions across a broad range of transactions, with a focus on cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings and refinancings.
Prior to joining Latham, Carl practiced in the banking team of a leading Australian law firm, with a particular focus in leveraged buyouts and institutional debt facilities.
