Calvin Ng is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Real Estate Practice.

Mr. Ng acts for sponsors and financial institutions on a range of asset backed financing transactions across Europe, with a focus on structured finance, real estate finance, and the financing of NPL and REO portfolios.

Mr. Ng’s representative experience includes advising:

    • The senior and mezzanine financing of its European logistics platform
    • The senior and mezzanine financing of its UK logistics assets
    • The establishment and financing of its Spanish residential rental property platform
