Callum Lee is an experienced technology lawyer in the Data & Technology Transactions Practice.
His experience spans transactional and advisory work, including in relation to:
- Large-scale technology and outsourcing arrangements (including compliance with outsourcing requirements, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and EBA Outsourcing Guidelines)
- Payments and fintech transactions
- The commercial aspects of corporate transactions, where he provides strategic guidance on due diligence, transitional arrangements, and partnerships
- Commercial collaborations, including introducer, referral, and partnership arrangements
- Distribution arrangements
- Contract modernization projects
- General commercial law matters
Callum advises clients based in the UK and globally, including major financial institutions, technology companies, retailers, emerging companies, and industry bodies.
Prior to joining Latham, Callum practiced in the London office of an international law firm, where he completed secondments to Carlsberg Britvic (then, Britvic plc) and Lloyds Bank.
