Caleb King is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Caleb advises public and private companies as well as private equity sponsors on a broad spectrum of complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and other corporate matters.
Prior to joining Latham, Caleb clerked for the Honorable William J. Nardini in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
While attending Columbia Law School, Caleb served as Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review - A Jailhouse Lawyer's Manual.
