Caitlyn Brock is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office and is a member of the firm’s Securities and M&A Litigation Practice.

Caitlyn represents public and private companies and their officers and directors in all aspects of litigation, including complex securities class actions, merger disputes, securities fraud actions, de-SPAC litigation, and shareholder derivative suits.

Caitlyn received her JD from University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, she served as Executive Development Editor of the Southern California Law Review. Caitlyn also served on the executive board of her school’s American Constitution Society chapter and was a mentor in the peer mentoring program.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Caitlyn was a summer associate in the Orange County office and served as a judicial extern for Judge Autumn D. Spaeth.

Caitlyn received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she graduated with honors and interned with the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office.
