    Profile

    Bshayer Marwan Binyamin is a member of the Riyadh office Corporate Department, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, including both private and public transactions, as well as joint ventures and a variety of other corporate matters.

    In addition to her primary focus on M&A, Bshayer advises on regulatory issues, including policy and regulation drafting for governmental authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    In her role, Bshayer primarily focuses on assisting local, regional, and offshore corporations on various corporate and regulatory mandates. She advises on:

      • Acquisition of a majority stake in Makhazen Alenaya, a leading Saudi beauty products chain
      • US$50 million investment round in PetroApp, Saudi Arabia’s leading fuel management platform
    • Faden Advertising Agency Company in the sale of shares to Arabian Contracting Services Company
    • AlOthaim Fashion Company in an asset purchase of franchise rights for several retail brands from Al Hokair Group (Cenomi Retail)
