Brooke Rubinstein is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.
Brooke received her JD from Tulane Law School, where she graduated cum laude.
While in law school, she was senior articles editor for the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and served as an academic support tutor.
Brooke also worked as a judicial extern in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals under Judge James L. Dennis and in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana under Judge Eldon E. Fallon.
Prior to joining Latham, Brooke spent time at Airbnb, where she worked on the launch of the global Host Ambassador program and Airbnb.org.
