Brogan represents banks, issuers, underwriters, investors, borrowers, lenders, funds, and other financial institutions on a wide variety of securitization and structured finance transactions, with a focus on asset-based financing of primarily non-traditional assets, including data center lease assets, music catalogs, oil and gas assets, cryptocurrencies, and various trade receivables.
