Brittany Curcuru is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Curcuru represents a range of clients, including public and private companies, developers, private equity firms, global organizations and governments, on environmental, climate change, and energy transition matters. 

She advises clients on a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, project development, and securities offerings, as well as permitting and regulatory matters.

Prior to her time at Latham & Watkins, Ms. Curcuru worked as a legal analyst at a major energy project financing business, and practiced environmental law at another major US law firm in New York, where she also spent time on secondment to a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation.

Ms. Curcuru serves on the Environmental Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
