Brianna Wainczak is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Brianna advises clients on a variety of investigation and litigation matters.

Brianna maintains an active pro bono practice, advocating for the best interests of children as a guardian ad litem.

While in law school, Brianna served as a Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of Law & Politics and as a Senior Legal Writing Fellow. She also represented children with complex medical conditions and disabilities as a student attorney for the Health & Disability Law Clinic.

Brianna was awarded the Virginia Trial Lawyers Trial Advocacy Award at graduation.
