Brianna D. Gordon is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Brianna represents clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including advising clients from various industries on privacy and data protection matters; conducting data privacy and cybersecurity diligence to assess potential liability, compliance, and integration issues; and assisting in the creation and evaluation of privacy and security programs.

Brianna maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on guardian ad litem matters and immigration and asylum representation.

Prior to joining Latham, Brianna was a summer associate in the Washington D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Brianna earned her JD from Columbia Law School, where she served as a mediator in the Columbia Law School Mediation Clinic, was a staff member of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review, and worked on appellate matters through the Center for Appellate Litigation. Brianna also served as the Director of Communications and Vice-Chair of the Northeast Black Law Students Association.
