Brianna Dollinger is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Dollinger represents strategic buyers and sellers and private equity firms (together with their portfolio companies) on complex and cross-border M&A transactions across industries, including technology, e-commerce, security and infrastructure, biotech and pharmaceuticals, and consumer and entertainment.

Ms. Dollinger maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting with election rights education efforts in partnership with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Dollinger was an associate at another leading law firm in its New York office. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Dollinger worked at a management consulting firm providing guidance to several Fortune 100 companies.

Ms. Dollinger is a member of the firm’s Training and Career Enhancement Committee.

  • Marlin Equity in the sale of Bazaarvoice, a provider of product reviews and user-generated content solutions
  • Cast & Crew in its acquisition of Media Services, a payroll and production management solutions company
  • Alliance Pharma in its acquisition of Biogix, a consumer healthcare company
  • Parsons Corporation in its acquisitions of Braxton Science and Technologies Group, a provider of satellite operations and other technology and services for the US Department of Defense and intelligence community, and Blackhorse Solutions, a provider of cyber, electromagnetic warfare, and information operations for the US Department of Defense and intelligence community
  • Genstar Capital Partners in its acquisition of Sonny’s Enterprises, a company that manufactures and markets conveyorized carwash equipment, parts, and supplies
