Brian Wolgast

Brian Wolgast is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Wolgast received his JD from Boston University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Wolgast was an executive editor for communications on the Review of Banking and Financial Law. He also worked as a student attorney at the BU/MIT Startup Law Clinic.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Wolgast worked as a summer legal intern for L Catterton, a private equity firm in Greenwich, Connecticut. 

Prior to law school, he worked for Latham in the firm’s business development department and as an analyst for an angel investor.
