Brian Connor is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Brian represents clients on a diverse array of tax matters. He counsels clients at all stages of high-stakes tax disputes, including examination, appeals, and litigation before the US Tax Court. He also advises clients on the federal income tax aspects of complex transactions.
Brian graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he externed with the Strategic Litigation Division of the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Karen M. Williams of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
While in law school, he served as a senior editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law and as an executive editor for The Regulatory Review.
Prior to his legal career, Brian worked in a variety of financial and consulting roles, focusing on financial modeling and strategic advisory.
