Brent Rice is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Brent represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and investment banks in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and a broad range of complex equity and debt financing transactions.
Brent maintains an active pro bono practice, including working with the Legal Counsel for the Elderly to draft powers of attorney and wills for low-income seniors.
While in law school, Brent co-chaired the Barristers’ Ball, served on the executive board of multiple student organizations including Law, Innovation, Security and Technology (LIST) and the North Grounds Softball League (NGSL) and on the editorial board of the Virginia Law & Business Review.
