Bobby Kolb, Chief Financial Officer, oversees the firm’s financial strategy and operations.

Mr. Kolb ensures that the firm’s financial processes efficiently serve the firm and practice leaders’ strategies. He oversees several functions within the department, including:

  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Billing and financial operations
  • Pricing negotiations
  • Treasury and cash management
  • Financial Information Center
  • Tactical Opportunities Team
  • Legal Project Management Team

He helped lead the roll-out of Latham’s financial system in 2016, which entailed a significant upgrade to the financial reporting platform and capabilities. Mr. Kolb also spearheaded a full review of the firmwide billing process in advance of the system implementation, and previously served on the Initiatives Committee, which explores strategic initiatives at the firm.

Mr. Kolb joined Latham in 2006 in a newly created financial management role, responsible for implementing financial analytics, creating dashboard-style reporting, and providing financial guidance to the firm’s global departments and practice groups. In 2016 he transferred to London as a Chief Administrative Officer and became Chief Financial Officer in 2024.

His early career focused on financial and strategic management in the medical, technology, entertainment, and energy industries.
