Blair Anthony is a Global Commercial Transactions Attorney at Latham & Watkins.
As an attorney in the General Counsel’s office, Mr. Anthony supports all of Latham’s offices concerning the firm’s commercial agreements with outside vendors and ensures that agreements executed on behalf of the firm are reviewed for significant legal, risk management, and business issues. Mr. Anthony’s practice also involves developing policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices for commercial contracting issues, including negotiating business and financial terms.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Anthony was an in-house counsel for a large candy manufacturer, responsible for commercial legal matters. In law school, Mr. Anthony served as the executive editor of the University of Illinois Law Review.
