Beste Bozkurt Egel-Weiss is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice.
Ms. Egel-Weiss represents investment banks, commercial banks, private debt funds, and corporate borrowers in a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged financings and acquisition financings.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Egel-Weiss was an associate in the Istanbul office of a leading international law firm, primarily focusing on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, and general corporate law.
