Ben Roth is a finance associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Restructuring & Special Situations Practice.

Mr. Roth represents debtors and creditors on a range of matters related to bankruptcy restructuring, including:

  • Chapter 11 reorganizations
  • Distressed mergers and acquisitions
  • Out-of-court restructurings
  • Related disputes and litigation

He has extensive experience working with clients within the energy and infrastructure, entertainment, sports, and media, and healthcare and life sciences industries. 

Mr. Roth maintains an active pro bono practice, representing victims of domestic violence in partnership with the Los Angeles County Bar Association Domestic Violence Clinic and members of the LGBTQ+ community seeking legal status change in partnership with Bet Tzedek.
