Latham & Watkins Advises Endeavor in Creation of Diamond Baseball Holdings and Agreements To Acquire Multiple MLB Professional Development League Clubs

Endeavor (NYSE: EDR) announced it has signed agreements to acquire nine MLB Professional Development League Clubs, as well as the creation of Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH), an organization dedicated to supporting, promoting, and enhancing the sport of baseball through professional management, best practices, innovation, and investment.
