Benjamin Gelfand is an associate in the Houston office and a member of the Finance Department.

Mr. Gelfand represents public and private borrowers, private equity sponsors, and direct and institutional lenders in complex financing transactions, with an emphasis on the technology, life sciences, and energy industries.

    • Term loan facility for a pharmaceutical company
    • Amended and restated senior secured term loan facility for a home services technology company
  • A leading specialty finance company in its term loan facility for a Swiss pharmaceutical company
  • A leading specialty finance company in a term loan facility for a Danish software company
