Ben Bussmann advises companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies on finance transactions.

While in law school, Mr. Bussmann was a member of the Cornell Law School International Law Journal and served on the boards of Moot Court and OutLaw.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. Bussmann was a summer associate in the New York office.

One Rock Capital Partners on its investments in Innophos and other companies
