  • An international payments provider on the launch of its product across the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia
  • Farfetch on its global strategic partnership with Alibaba and Richemont to provide luxury brands enhanced access to the China market and accelerate the digitization of the global luxury industry
  • HUB Cyber Security, an Israel-based developer of cybersecurity solutions and services, in its business combination with Mount Rainier Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company
  • A global accountancy and consultancy firm on its privacy impact assessments
  • A publicly listed China-headquartered technology and internet group on global data privacy compliance
  • A media company on the launch of a gaming service
  • Various clients on commercial contract, data privacy, and intellectual property matters throughout the life cycle of M&A, private equity, and venture capital investments, from conducting due diligence to integration
