Bapu Kotapati is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Supreme Court & Appellate Practice. His practice focuses on appellate litigation, strategic advice, and dispositive motions in trial courts.

Before joining Latham, Bapu served as a law clerk to Judge Paul Engelmayer of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and to Judge Judith Rogers of the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

Bapu graduated from Yale Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of the Yale Law Journal.
